Doctor M KSA Refunds & Returns
Returns:
If you weren't completely pleased with your purchase, you can return it in person in the following time frames with the original invoice (or digital invoice/order number if made online):
• 2 days from the date of the invoice for in-store purchases in Saudi Arabia.
• For online orders, 14 days following the delivery date
You cannot return any contact lenses.
Ophthalmic lenses in general cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unscratched in order to be in their original condition.
The same payment method as the original transaction will be used to provide refunds.
Important Information Regarding Online Order Returns:
The entire invoice becomes non-returnable if returnable items are purchased with non-returnable ones.
Refunds for orders paid for with cash-on-delivery will be made to the customer's bank account between three to seven business days.
Both shipping and cash-on-delivery fees, when applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- All in-store purchases, including those of accessories, sunglasses, and eyeglasses, are eligible for exchange.
- Within 14 days of your purchase, you may return any items that you are not completely satisfied with in-store with the original receipt.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unscratched in order to be in their original condition.
- If an optical frame satisfies the requirements listed above, it may be replaced for a different model after having lenses installed.
- The cost of the new lenses and, if necessary, the price difference for the optical frame will be covered by the customer.
A Crucial Reminder for Online Purchase Exchange:
- You can return a returnable online purchase in-store and then make a new purchase for the desired item if you want to exchange it.
- Guaranteed Progressive Comfort
- Progressive lenses purchased in-store are returnable.
- You are invited to visit the store within 45 days of the purchase with the original receipt if you are unable to get used to them comfortably. We will replace them for two pairs of lenses (one for reading and one for distance) at that time.
- However, in terms of Index, Treatment, Coating, and Measurement, the replacement pairs must be comparable to the original progressive lenses.
